Accurate Visuals (“we”, “our”) operates the Accurate Visuals mobile application and the website accurate-visuals.com. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

- Account information: your phone number (used to sign in with an SMS code), and the name, email and company you add when booking a shoot.
- Booking information: property address, date and time, package and services selected, project notes and total.
- Photos and media: photos you attach to a booking or use in the Studio feature, and the finished materials we deliver to you.
- Google Calendar data (only if you connect it): see the dedicated section below.

Google Calendar integration

If you choose Sync / Connect in the app’s Calendar or Settings - Connections, the app asks for the calendar.app.created permission. With this permission the app can work ONLY with calendars it created itself. The app: creates one secondary calendar named “Accurate Visuals” in your Google account; adds your Accurate Visuals appointments to that calendar (title, property address, date and a 2-hour time block); updates or removes those events if your booking is rescheduled, edited or cancelled. The app cannot read, change or delete your personal calendars or any events it did not create. We do not sell Google Calendar data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the sync you requested. You can disconnect at any time in Settings - Connections (this stops all future sync) and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Accurate Visuals’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

To provide and manage your bookings, deliver your photos and videos, send booking confirmations and reminders, provide bonuses and referral rewards, and support you. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, cloud storage and payment processing) and only as needed for the service you requested, or when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Booking and media data is kept while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us at admin@accurate-visuals.com and we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
